It should not be on the garbage company but this also is on the event organizers that put on the farmers market and well as law enforcement that needs to crack down on double parking that's going on in Indian alley. Really need to have some crowd control and as well for traffic control and have cars park behind the Georgia Street Plaza that has so much parking there.

I've called and left messages the last two weeks in a row, and nothing has changed. I imagine my messages are getting lost on the other side.
