Zoning had been working on 109 Parrott Street - which is now closed; 103 Parrott Street is a new violation which needs OTC prepared/complaint folder prepared.

Spoke with tenant on 10/20 and instructed him that all vehicles must be registered and repairs of any kind cannot be done on a residential property. All tools and equipment must be stored inside and not all over property. Will re-inspect to make sure it has been cleaned - NS
