3 am train horns at quiet intersections are absurd

I have lived here for over 3 years and the train horns have been out of control over the last week. It just woke up my child. Please fix this and make it a no horn zone again!

This area use to be a "No Train Horn" area. However over the past couple of weeks and days it has gotten noticeably louder and consistent and I believe is a nuisance.
