Kempsville/Centerville intersection. Second request to adjust this light. If you are trying to turn left off KV road onto Centerville coming from Chesapeake, you have to wait for a very extended period in order to turn left. I've identified that the southbound lanes of KV have WAY TOO MUCH green light time, even when there is no traffic. Also question why Centerville traffic has such a long green, again when there is no traffic. These two items cause a lot of traffic backup and should be immediately addressed...I've seen many frustrated drivers run the red turning onto Centerville because they're tired of the long wait. The current programming for this signal is a liability.
