This noise concern has still not been addressed. Spoke to City of Venice Code Enforcement and was told that coils were bad and needed to be replaced and required a special order which would take 7 days. It has now been more than three weeks and the AC is still not fixed. Please provide an update on when this matter will be resolved. With the cool weather we need to keep windows closed due to high noise from AC.

Still very loud.

This problem is still ongoing. AC is so loud still. Can this AC unit be relocated or can an improved containment wall(s) or building be constructed to reduce the AC noise in our community. We can still hear this AC unit noise in our home with the windows closed. We have been here for 16 years and the AC has never been an issue. But this AC has been loud since last September's Hurricane Irma damage. Please explain what can be done to eliminate this AC noise issue?
