Drivers making right turns east and west bound on Milligan to 32 st are driving up on the sidewalk to avoid waiting in traffic. The landscaping and curbs are being damaged and pedestrians on the sidewalk have to step into the grass to avoid being hit. 3 kids nearly got his this morning.
