Drivers making right turns east and west bound on Milligan to 32 st are driving up on the sidewalk to avoid waiting in traffic. The landscaping and curbs are being damaged and pedestrians on the sidewalk have to step into the grass to avoid being hit. 3 kids nearly got his this morning. This is an ongoing issue that has been reported. A large rock could be placed on the curb to stop this. This is a serious safety issue that must be addressed.
