We will be back in that area again looking until we can get them off the road or find their owner and hold them responsible. They are moving around several blocks each way. If someone could see them go into a residence and let us know where their home is, if they have one,
it would help a lot. You said it, A lot of the dogs running loose do belong to people and they let them run loose.
