New privacy fence just broken by three children coming from the Jade Forest Condominiums. Girls are about 12 years old. One started kicking the fence and broke it, then they all took off running. This happened around 5:15pm 10/15/17. They have a gang going on over there and they are vandalizing our property. Please help.
