When will this be fixed?

The road arrows have been faded far too long. Causes traffic confusion. Very long light. When light finally turns green and people on left realize they're in left only lane and want to go straight it's very dangerous. The 2nd from left lane is lined up visually as though it goes straight into grand ave but it's left turn only, which people don't realize until too late and then try to merge into lane to their right which is going straight into grand. Major accidents waiting to happen. Causes all sorts of honking and anger.
Just repaint the arrows! Wouldn't take much to do
