Not sure this is a discharge issue but it is related to the storm drains. The sewer drain at the top of Hillside is very clogged and floods the street like a lake when it rains and is recessed below the level of the road so it creates a hazard for cyclists. it needs to be cleaned out/enlarged and raised to be more effective. When it does rain & flood the waters rush down my steps like a river and flood my back building! It can be real bad. We try to keep it cleaned out but that's not enough. I would be happy to provide a photo it's just that its dark now so I don't have one. Please fix it. Thank you
