Yes, the email I wrote to Mr. Donohue is correct. The street light comes on but goes back out. Noone has come to fix this light. The light is the one between 2707 Henrico Drive and 2709 Henrico Drive. The City of Richmond "says" they changed the light, but if they did it would not keep turning itself on and off as it does.
