Q. Please describe the issue
A. I am inquiring to the Chicopee Police Department. Is there such a thing as a juvenile review board? I work in Enfield for the schools and this JRB is a way of connecting kids/families to services rather than become arrested or otherwise involved in the law enforcement arena. Please let me know if something like this exists and how I can contact? Thanks!
