AIRBNB

Hello,

I recently was informed from an acquaintance that an AIRBNB host in Saint Petersburg, Florida had some availability at 1901 3rd Street South, Saint Petersburg Florida 33705. I set up a date to arrive and the first day I was there the host Chris Kendrik said to me, I don't want you sitting on your @#$% in there all day doing nothing, this is for international students. First he had no right to say that, as I paid him $600.00 up front for the month, and he was putting me out n 30 days, on the 19th of November, and I would be homeless.

He didn't put it through as an AIR BNB, but instead just took my $600.00 and wrote me a receipt. I previously told him I needed 90 days. He was both rude, and arrogant to me. The place was a mess and there are many code violations at that location. Including a mini mobile home with no running water, a camper with no running water, as well as people sleeping on the couches and in closets. He is a greedy individual, who should not be allowed to run an AIR BNB as he is violating many rules. He is not claiming some of his guests, as AIR BNB guests. You were however allowed to use the facilities in the two homes.

Also I wasn't waiting around to be homeless so I had to go home to Pittsburgh early and I left on the 9th.

I asked him if I could have a partial refund and he said he had to ask someone else, but he never got back to me. I called him and e-mailed him at least 5 times, but he refused to cal me or e-mail me back. I asked him to return $150.00 of the $180 he owed me 9 X 20 - $180 (I left 9 days early) , then I again asked for just $100.00 back and I still didn't hear from him.

I am a musician, I wasn't "sitting on my @#$% doing nothing." I worked 16 hours a day on my music, recording it with head phones on and asking Joannie, (the manager of the other unit on the grounds of 1901 3rd street South, Saint Pete Florida if it ever was too loud at any time and she said "not at all." The place was deplorable, and the photo they are using is the house on the right which is full and then they send you into a trailer or camper or even the closet.

Chris Kendrick is an unethical business and breaking the rules of Saint Petersburg code, and AIR BNB.

Can you lease look into this and inform Chris I would like a refund for the days I wasn't there, as I heard he re-renter the trailer I was reining out again, being paid twice for it.

I was trying to start a new life, and had to run into someone like him.

I have photo's of the grounds, which consists of 2 homes, a camper and a mini trailer.

Also Chris refuses to put up a mailbox even after a post an lady told me that she would not deliver any more mail until he did so, which he did not. *YOU MUST HAVE A MAILBOX TO RECEIVE MAIL.
