Yes, at the base on the northbound and one on the southbound.

The traffic is worse than ever. Something needs to be done with the increased traffic from Valley Street. It makes a big bottleneck getting into RT 15 North. I was told it's on hold because of lack of funds. Something temporarily needs to be done. I have a business in Woodbridge and I'm seriously thinking of relocating because of this. My clients are not coming to my office and that concerns me.

What makes it worse is the new gas station on Litchfield Tnpke plus the cars turning into Starbucks, etc. I don't know why the new sidewalk is being put in under the Rt15/Whalley Ave bridge. A new Northbound lane should have been created on Whalley under the bridge. The bridge is wide enough for two more lanes. Plus a short right turn only lane should have been created southbound on Pond Lily Ave so cars would not back up the hill if only one car is turning left onto Whalley. They bent the guard rail back toward the Pond Lily bridge but then did nothing. Widening Pond Lily Ave that last 15 to 20 ft would allow cars to "escape" right on red. The line of cars coming down the hill on Pond Lily often backs up things in both directions. Also the green light timing on Lucy St to Litchfield Tnpke is given too much priority. I live in the neighborhood and fight this traffic daily. It'd a difficult complex intersection area but a few low cost changes would greatly improve things.
