Last month 2 city workers came to Woodlawn Street and marked the trouble area in front of my house. Now it has been marked 4 times on as many years. I would like to thank the city for yet again not fixing the problem and my company today and tonight had to walk through sitting water to come in to my house. The last 3 out of 4 Christmas Eves this has happened. Not only did they wade through the water this afternoon coming in when leaving tonight the water had frozen so they slid in the road to their cars. Who do I have to call to have the water problem taken care of???? I have contacted 4 city departments. Who else? Channel 40's consumer affairs?

Again I have a puddle that is at least 4 feet wide and deep right in front of my stairs leading from the street. I reported it to several city departments and on this site. I wrote this issue on Nov. 26th and Dec. 24th. Who does this to people, not caring or taking care of the problem. Do the city officials not care??? Would they want to step through cold standing water above their shoes all winter to enter your house from the street? We are going on 5 years now! I fell trying to go across my front lawn in the snow today trying to avoid the water. I already fractured my wrist once, does the city like to receive a bill for the second broken wrist, plus?

Went to this location on 09/26/18 took pictures there was no water there after a rain storm.
