Something needs to be done to stop the vandalism from the gangs in the New England Townhouses, Roseville Co-Op and Jade Forrest Apt./Condo. There are groups of kids vandalizing fences, tearing up grass with bikes and scooters, and damaging property. There are two boys about 13 most likely of Hispanic descent that are walking around with knives and doing damage. They run before we can call police. The management in New England Townhouses know who they are and say they live there. Please have police come more often, and get the parents notified and involved.
