Up and down the 2600 and 2700 hundred block of North Avenue, signs have been posted on privately owned light poles and property.

Additionally, at the corner of North Avenue and Overbrook, an illegal sign had been placed high beyond reach on the telephone pole on the Southwest corner of the intersection.
