The homeowner runs a used car business out of his home. He has multiple cars lining the street and in his driveway that are untagged and not registered at all times. Schoolbuses emergency vehicles and plows have a difficult time navigating the road. Two vehicles in the driveway haven’t Been moved in a few years.
