Yesterday a big white bus (Manna International?) pulled up on Trumbull and dropped a guy got off, who went into the alley to collect a stashed cardboard sign and went and sat at the Exit 3 exit. This is a new person. It is a popular place and very rewarding for those who do it; but, if there is no consistent resistance, they just keep coming.

What nerve these homeless beggars have! Remand him to the dungeon until he finds himself a job!

This is the same person I referred to in my "homeless man dwelling" complaint. Tjough he can no longet access his "dwelling because it is coveted in 3 ft of snow, something needs to be done to get him out of here. He's rude and is definitely providing an unwelcoming feel for people coming into NH

What is "obnoxious" about this person? Does he bang on car windows? Assault passers-by? Or merely offend your eyes?

If you ever saw the first guy when he was not able to collect, he was extremely unpleasant--audibly. He has been replaced by two new guys, who just took a smoke break on our steps. Maybe they are not obnoxious like the first guy, but they are starting to cross a line.

I'm closing this issue as it sounds like it may have been resolved and there has been no activity in 6 years.
