Sharraxaadda

Clark Street is a dark road that runs from the top of York Street down to Campbell Avenue. The road has a sharp curve and it is slippery even when it is just raining. I have been seeing cars come down and almost end up in the wooded area that runs along side the lenght of the curve. You would figure they would get that plowed right away. Plus, the apartments that run down the other isde of that street have no parking. Their parking lots for their tenants are no plowed either.
