The over pass is a disgrace. Further down and on Sanford St. is another over pass that is in similar (disgrace) shape. Hamden should show way more civic pride and get out and do some serious clean up. Maybe come up with a "Adopt a Highway" thing that is popular in many municipalities. Hamden rsidents pay heavy taxes compared to other "towns" in Connecticut, they should see something for it. BTW Spring Glen residents are fed up with crime down there. Maybe after the New Year when Hiz Honor gets back from holiday he can do something about it. Thank you.

The bridge abutment is state property but we painted over the skull,we tried to preesure wash it off first,so will are painting it
