Description

2017.12.27 large homeless encampment on Castro between 8th & 9th Street next to Freeway 980. Sofas, chairs, barbecues, shopping carts miscellaneous household items plus recent fires have burned city / Caltrans landscaping such as the pine trees and small shrubs. Please help! Caltrans has also been notified but not doing anything for since reporting in late October. Material to clean up may take 4 dumpster s.
