Description

Please clean after homeless camping 1/2 block away. Otherwise they are dumping away from their camps to depress rats infestations. Additionally others learning and dumping once initial dumping started by homeless. It's much more cheaper and less aggravating to all City finds temporary housing for every homeless. Do not allow street occupancy overnight or in vehicles and using merchant's carts. City leaders must Get the worthless OPD involve and working on least best areas. Weekdays Police Officers are riding around all day and not doing anything beside wasting gas and polluting the air, actually only working the most one hour that produces results. We can be much more efficient and use the money for temporary housing for homeless. City can Start by asking Police Officers to not patrol rich neighborhoods once a week randomly and use the money for other things. Another, fire City workers that do not serve the public and start from top or departments heads. Another, no ticket enforcment on 35 street and 34th Street, campers, trucks and vans been parked on the same spot on either side of San Pablo for at least 6 months and no street sweeping. They don't produce result fire them. City have multiple mobile applications and turn around time for anything is more than 3 weeks in this area that I am reporting. How much abuse poor people or poor neighborhood can take. Set a new tone, serve the public in needs and clean up our streets.
