The house as you turn corner on Roosevelt & Benjamin doesn't house numbers but they have had a boat stored on Hammond Property for over a year. In addition, the vertically park a car and truck as you turn corner on Roosevelt often leaving the car and truck sticking out into the street. this street is narrow so you can easily hit the cars. I believe boats are not supposed to be stored there.
