Constituent called to report on Pleasant St., towards the side off of Stillman St. the street was not plowed from last week's snow storm. She said the other end looks to be plowed but it seems as though they did not finish the street. She has a handicap son and needs to be able to drive out on the street with a large wheel chair accessible vehicle.
