Description

Behind Safeway facing the freeway higher up the hill, there is a homeless encampment. Piles of trash BIG trash bags are dribbling down the hillside. Hard to take a picture from onramp or off ramp onto Glen Cove Pkway. There are always approx. 3-4 homeless people hanging around the entrance to Safeway. Need to clean up that trash.
