This pothole appears to have been cut open for some work in the past. However, the "temporary" patch for the hole has been in place for over a year (time I've seen it around for), and obviously it is not meant to last that long. Heat and use have warped it, making it a hazard for cars and bikes that have to go in the middle of the road to avoid it (since the left edge of the road is usually covered in broken glass along International).
