Open-backed box utility trailer with no license plates, no running lights, filled with miscellaneous scrap and having more miscellaneous stuff piled on top. One wheel is on the rim now. Trailer was across the street till this morning when it got moved. Trailer has a regular hitch with chain, no lights, no back gate or door, no license plate. Box has broad stripes of black, white and red.
