370 5th Street on corner of Brunswick Street. Bldg. being renovated. Pump jacks have been up on Brunswick St. side for months and no work going on. Litter/trash and debris all over sidewalk. Two black roofing tarps on sidewalk and under car parked in street. Trash all over courtyard in front of house. Pump jacks are on sidewalk and need to be taken down if they are not being used. They are not blocked off by a fence or anything.
