Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Fraudulent taxi driver/service. Small violet/light purple colored van, with the company name, 'J&B' or 'J&P' taxi, on the door. The driver was a short Peruvian man, last name 'Fung'. I showed him where I needed to be and he never started his meter nor tried to use his GPS. I used my phone map and it was a 6 mile trip that turned into 11 mile trip. He ignored me when I told him to exit the freeway twice and kept making conversation to distract me. We finally arrived and tried to charge me $35!! He hangs out at The Greyhound station on Main st. I believe him to have a fake taxi license on his dashboard.
