This IS A CONTINUANCE of ISSUE(S) BEING REPORTED :
(violations still happening daily)
> Parking in/on the REQUIRED. MINIMUM YARD, South of the asphalt parking lot.Due to (10 of 20) car stops removed.There is a sign posted (ATTENTION - PLEASE PULL FORWARD TO WOODEN FENCE). This fence mentioned is the Residential Prop. Line which abutts ILW.
> Vehicles half-in/half-out of the structure being repaired. Also vehicles parked unattended along the structure in the EMERGENCY LANE.
> The grass ceases to grow (frt. yard) right of the unscreened Dumpster.Due to dead/missing Required Landscape hedge across front of this ILW property. Which the History /Previous photos clearly show (frequent) illegal parking in front yard.
Per Sarasota Cnty. Zoning Admin. (04-12-2017).
She provided the 075-038, ILW abutting Residential Regulations that do govern the ILW property.

The Zoning Regulations noted in this SEECLICKFIX report & all previous reports. Are from the 075-038 Sarasota Cnty. Zoning Regulations & Codes. I'm not sure why Sara. cnty. recently removed "all" SEECLICKFIX reports either ?
These violations have gone on far to long. Previous to any of the current tenants occupying the 757 Gantt ave. property. The property "had" a park-like setting on the entire southern boundry, beyond the (20) original asphalt parking spaces. "Again" prior to the current tenants Land misuses.
Looking forward to all the corrections...

Code enforcement needs to and is required to enforce all regulations listed above. Also zoning regulation 5.11, see attachment.
1) Have the required hedge installed along the street right of way.
2) Have the dumpster screened.
3) Refurbish the southern Required Minimum Yard and install the car stops as required.
The (3) property improvements (required) above wood definitely improve Street appeal for its own value and as well for the Residential Properties of Gantt Avenue.

I am reporting again to Seeclickfix and Sarasota's County officials regarding the : 757 Grant Ave., ILW property.
Plain and simply put I have witnessed numerous "Mandatory" required Sarasota County (075-038) regulations being violated. Some of them occasionally and some continuing daily.
If you look at the previous Seeclickfix reported issues for this property. Also( Sarasota Cnty. officials) the many email conversations and attachments with you, the code enforcement staff members. As well the Zoning Administrator.
I do not understand why ? with the written language of Sarasota County's ( 07 5-038) Zoning Regulations, especially that are "Mandatory"
. Why the Sarasota County officials have not halted "all" violations that have been reported.
The required enforcement of all the regulations as written. Would most definitely improve the subject properties Street appeal, safety and property value. As well, the same for all the Residential property owners would appreciate the improvements.

03/12/2018. ANOTHER REQUEST. DUE TO NO ACTIONS SINCE : 01/27/2018 SEECLICKFIX REPORT.
THERE ARE SEVERAL MANDATORY REGULATIONS THAT ARE BEING VIOLATED. WHEN AN ILW PROPERTY (757 Gantt Ave.) ABUTS RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. WHICH THERE ARE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES ABUTTING THIS ILW PROPERTY OF CONCERN / MENTIONED. The Residential Properties are on two different streets, bacon Avenue and Gantt Avenue that do abutt.
As a Gantt Avenue resident. I am requesting that Sarasota County apply the (075-038) governing Zoning Regulations referenced below to the 757 Gantt Ave., (ILW) property.
