Resident reports there is a pothole on James St. right underneath the underpass before you get to the State St. intersection.

Filling the pothole will just add to the number of patches that will eventually fail again. The whole of James St from State St to Lombard St is as rough as an Apollo mission landing site. This stretch needs to be marked priority for milling and repaving.
