Description

Multiple homeless encampments along shoreline of Lake Merritt. The homeless encampments are between Lake chalet restaurant and the public bathrooms. Taxpayers have spent millions of dollars fixing Lake Merritt it's a shame to have these people camping along the new landscaping at the tax payers expense.
