These tenants have been repeat offenders in every way: parties, noise, trash, destruction. The landlord , Kristen Anderson, has been unresponisive or slow to respond to neighbors concerns (directly contacting her) and has zero interest in making her property any less an eyesore - we have talked to the tenants - they have admitted they are paying astronomical rents for a place they have no respect for, think it's a sh*thole, and have no plans to change their behaviours for the duration of their stay.

This photo was taken this morning and forwarded to the property manager for 24 Bradley Street. I notified him there were some recycling items next to the steps and brown papwer on and under the steps. He responded 4 minutes after I notified him indicating it would be taken care of today.

I live at this property. As you may have noticed, our property has been a target of vandalism this weekend. That is the reaspn for the eggs and papertowels strewn about. I dont believe we would egg our own house. Thanks
