Property is un-maintained, especially in the back yard, with large empty structures/ containers that serve as a mosquito breeding ground and large rat habitats. There are empty food containers in the back yard, that aid in the rat population. There is a junk on the right side of the property, with a large metal item serving as a gate, that could fall on any small child. These LARGE rats and mosquitos are a safety threat to the occupants of the neighborhood and to the animals.
