The trash can on Putnam Ave (outside of Whitneyville Library) is only picked up every couple of weeks. It usually is filled up within a few days. Trash then ends up on the sidewalk of Putnam Ave. Would it be possible to empty this trash can more frequently (i.e. weekly)? Thanks so much!
