Would it be possible to schedule the whole end section of Kendall for groove-stripping and repaving?

Kendal Lane is not a publicly accepted roadway, so the only thing we can do is fill the holes for safety purposes.

The town had previously told me that Kendall Lane is town owned from Rt. 135 until the beginning of the tennis court fence. After that, it is not a publicly accepted roadway.

What are the proper and political steps I should take to assist with the confirmation off this, as well as adding my request to any checklist which the town might have for spring work. Thank you

After reviewing yes Kendall Ln is accepted 865' southerly. As for the the repairs we will hottop the areas as soon as we can,and then do some more extensive patching once the good weather arrives

Could you consider ripping up the last 100ft or so of Kendall Ln and repaving? It is to the point where there is almost no original road left, just patches.

If those of us who live on roads that are not a publicly accepted roadway...why are they open to the public? I live on one that is highly traveled and always filled with potholes.
