Description
Homeless people seen in the dumpsters this morning sorting through the trash and debris outside of Burger Gourmet on Webster and Donut Savant on Broadway and throwing the empty containers, cans and trash on the sidewalks blocking pedestrians, creating a mess and attracting rats to food waste. In fact, the entire area around here looks like someone's plowed through all the dumpsters looking for treasures but leaving their mess all on the sidewalks and streets. If this isn't a sign of mental illness what is? Sad, dangerous and makes the City look bad.
