My understanding is that they take these signs away during the winter in order to avoid problems with snow plows, etc during the winter weather. They do this with ours and put it back in the spring.

Im curious what dept is in charge of these signs. Based upon your answer they may have a public-private partnership to store the sign in front of the bar. Henry is a very civic minded fellow.

Thank you for submitting this request. Please be advised that the in-road signs are removed for the winter and re-installed in the spring. In addition we are not aware of the sign in front of the restaurant/bar at West Side Ave and Grant Ave.
