Good luck, we're a block away and have talked with the city and the appropriate city employees, not much help, the current by-laws don't have any ability to deal with issues like this. You shouldn't have bought a place that's within a block of commercial buildings.

Would you and your neighbors in the area agree to have the parking changed to residential permit parking
I’m just frustrated with this issue,people are also parking in the alley behind my property in front of my driveway too

After talking to the City people they won't give us pure residential parking only, it'll be Residential with a 2 hour limit, which doesn't stop the people that come in and park like dicks for 20 minutes or 4 hours and take up 2 spots. The city would have to come through and enforce it and out here in the New West Sticks is a long way for Parking Enforcement. I've suggested they remove the pay parking from 12th since our side roads are full and 12th is empty, cause people don't want to pay for parking, but that comment basically got ignored.
