Are you sure that the mattresses and other garbage and the parked cars are not on the lot owned by the CITY OF NEW HAVEN? adjacent to 83 Hallock St. owned by Grand Holding LLC. Why is the city allowing parking on this vacant lot? The City of New Haven is one of the biggest slumlords in town.
