As I understand it this is now allowed as all on street parking on North Avenue was eliminated when the bike lanes were added. Thank your Mayor for the eyesore.

tmullvt, not true. Still a zoning violation. Nonsensical that yard parking is not a timetable offense in Wards 4 and 7. These ordinances were in place before the addition of bike lanes.
