3/15/18 I am another neighbor with clear view of this building. This place has three broken out windows in the front. It houses 5 children and the dad left end of February. A child in my family was inside this house last weekend and said it smells so bad she had to leave and that it was "horrible and awful". She states they have more than 5 pets and there is new and dried up poop all over the floors. There are roaches and rats. If the health department does not enter the home to inspect the INSIDE and take photos to document this case as PROOF they "saw nothing", then this needs to be sent to Child Protective Services asap. Somebody needs to get the mom some help or get the poor kids OUT OF THERE! A foster home would be more appropriate, at least there would be an adult there to clean.
