  Thanks for reporting this. It has been parked there for over two weeks. I was going to but didn't have time. It is partially in the driving lane and is a hazard. I believe that this car is owned by the same owner of the smashed up white Lexus that is often parked behind this car. It is an eyesore and needs to be towed ASAP!

  I believe the owner of the beat up white Lexus, is homeless and he is sleeping in the car at night. I hope he is not setting up camp permanently on Mountain Blvd.

  He stays there for a couple of days and uses the area behind the ATT&T box as his toilet. I have seen him coming out there zipping up his pants. He sleeps in the car for a few days then drives the wreck away so he won't get towed (he took the rear license plate off of the car so the police scanners can't read it) and then comes back again.

  I pulled over behind this vehicle yesterday (did not know any of the back story) to send a text and while I was looking at my phone I realized that someone had gotten out of that car and was standing right next to my passenger window, looking directly at me, hands on hips, angry/aggressive body language. I did not engage, finished my text and pulled away.

  I thought I should mention this in case anyone is tempted to approach the vehicle, even when it appears to be unoccupied. In my case, nobody seemed to be in the vehicle when I parked behind it.

  I had a similar experince a couple of days ago. I was walking my dog and picking up litter down Redwood Road and went down along Mountain. He was standing along side his other car (the white Lexus) with the door open. He glarred at us and we walked onto the on coming trafic to go around him. We walked down Moutain and went a few yards and he was glarried back at us, just looking for a fight. It wa a frightening. That guy is unstable.
