Three times now, I have had very near accidents when King's parents turn Left (northbound) onto Dayton Ave N from their parking lot. I am going less than 20mph through that area, but I still had to slam on my brakes because they don't look, or don't care and pull out right in front of me. It's only a matter of time before there's an accident. We need to restrict turning Left there before 5pm, or put in some kind of safety signage.

There have been no collisions on Dayton Ave N in the vicinity of the King’s Elementary driveway for the last 3 years checked. As such, the City will not impose turn restrictions for the driveway. In addition, if turn restrictions were imposed, it would likely create undesirable traffic impacts at other locations from rerouted trips.
