Descrizione

Traffic light from McKinley on Fountain is blinking Red. Yet sign at corner says "No turn on red." No way to legally turn onto fountain if obeying posted sign. Remove No turn sign or change flashing red to R/y/g light.

It's inconvenient and a bit confusing but cars can turn at flashing red when safe to do so. Maybe a real red/yellow/green light for the future??

these signals are still in the process of being upgraded. I too am curious as to how the new ones will function. The no turn on red is applicable only when the mode would be switched to non-flashing. We'll have to see how the new signals work.
