The owners of this Husky who lives at 316 2nd st never walks this dog and always lets it out unleased to poop where it pleases. They never pick it up and it's favorite spot is in front of 310 2nd st at the small tree. This is the 2nd time I am reporting this but certainly not the 2nd time I've seen them do this.
