There is an open housing inspection that was recently conducted at this property. The peeling paint is on the order. I checked the building and the peeling paint is sporatic and can be fixed with some touch up. The small area of exposed boards looked very clean so I tested the paint chip for lead and it was negative. The owner has until June 1, 2018 to stabilize the peeling paint under state law. Additional time may be granted depending on weather conditions in the spring.
