The best situation for this is to call "911" and have an Officer dispatched so they can observe the dog/s out barking and speak with the owner.

I've done that as well and they continue putting the dogs out for hours barking CONSTANTLY! They literally don't stop barking when they're outside.

I have called 911 a few times, didn't see if they ever came. However, this is still happening every single day! The dogs just love to bark and they don't bark at anything in particular they just sit out on the porch and just bark the whole time they're out sometimes for hours. If someone did come out, they obviously don't care, because they just put the dogs back out when they leave and let it continue. Somebody needs to do something about it. It's disturbing the peace of all the neighbors that live around here! It is in direct violation of the noise laws and disturbing the peace, homeowners on Whiting should expect to be able to sit in their house in peace. You can't even study or watch TV... It's ridiculous.

This is still happening every day. Obviously calling 911 did not fix the issue for the long run. Someone from the city that is responsible for disturbing the peace issues needs to go and speak with these people about the laws. If they continue to ignore the issue, they need to be fined or something!

Officer spoke with owner reference the complaint. Owner will take dog back in when barking.
